Guided Hike with CBC and Root 2 Rise Wellness

Join us on Saturday, May 21st, 10:30am, at Beaver Ranch for a mindfulness hike with the CBC and Root 2 Rise Wellness.
Exploring nature not only nurtures the human soul but also sparks natural curiosity about the world around us, creating a stronger connection between all of life and the inner natural being. Mindfulness hikes guided by Root to Rise Wellness help establish these connections – connections to self, others, and the environment – using the Five Elements of Mindfulness as a guide for exploring one’s outer and inner experiences. Join us on our next hike and discover your wholeness through a connection with nature!
Root to Rise Mindfulness Hikes occur once per month. Please see the schedule below. All hikes are dog and family-friendly and are guided under the expertise of a mindfulness coach. Space is limited, so book in advance!

Drop-in Cost:

- Drop-in Adolescents & Adults 12 Years and Up: $25
- Drop-in Kids 3-11 Years: $12
- Kids under 3 years are free
For this adventure, you may need or want the following:
- Water
- Hat
- Sunscreen
- Jacket
- Gloves
- Wool socks
- A backpack or hiking bag to store other desired items, such as trail mix, sweater, raincoat, et cetera
- Proper hiking boots or shoes
We’ll meet at the circular enclosed pavilion, located at the end of the park road in the cul-de-sac just past the disc golf and welcome center at (insert time).
After our hike, there’s an opportunity to extend our community connection over food and drinks at the SnowPack Taproom: 11863 Springs Rd. Unit 210, Conifer, CO 80433.
