DESCRIPTION:Slow down with us on Sunday\, April 3rd\, 10-1130am\, at The Denver Botanic Gardens (York Street) for a guided walking meditation and community circle with CBC and Banyan Collective. \nDuring our time at the gardens\, we will: \n\nExplore our connection with nature using elements of mindfulness and be given walking meditation instructions to connect deeper with nature. This will be led by Kristin McGinnis of CBC.\nFollowing the walk\, we will deepen our curiosity in a community circle (called a Spiral) to create authentic connection to ourselves\, each other\, and nature. This will be led by Kelli Oberndorf of Banyan Collective\n\n  \nFor this event\, you may need or want the following: \n\nWater\nHat\nSunscreen\nJacket\n\n\n  \nWe’ll meet inside the entrance of the gardens at 10am sharp then move to a location for our activities. \n\n_________________________________ \n\n$30 Non-Members | $15 CBC Members \nTicket includes all day access to the Botanic Gardens. Your ticket to the gardens will be emailed to you by 8pm Saturday 4/2. \nRegister Now\nIf you already have a membership at the Botanic Gardens\, a $15 donation will be accepted via Venmo @keepinglightson and this will act as your RSVP for the event. \n  \nAbout Kelli\nKelli holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and is a Certified Professional Facilitator and Coach. She empowers organizations to invest in the wellbeing of their employees by strengthening relationships\, building trust\, and establishing community within the companies she works with. Kelli is highly skilled in interpersonal and team dynamics\, conflict resolution\, and 1:1 management coaching. Her work is practical\, applicable\, and will improve communication\, kindness\, and trust throughout the organization.
