Meet Kristin McGinnis, a dedicated advocate for conscious leadership and personal transformation. Kristin’s life journey has been profoundly influenced by her strong connection to yoga and spiritual practices, which have not only transformed her own life but have also become the foundation of her mission to inspire others to embrace their authentic selves.

In her capacity as the Founder and CEO of Conscious Business Connections, Kristin is committed to teaching, empowering, and influencing business leaders across the globe to lead with consciousness, serving people, the planet, profit, and themselves. Her ultimate goal is to cultivate a world where individuals and businesses thrive, contributing to a more joyful, harmonious, and sustainable global community.

Alongside her work in conscious leadership, Kristin is deeply committed to the protection and preservation of wealth, with a particular focus on safeguarding family businesses and supporting community growth. She is also driven by a personal passion for the conservation of the world’s big cats and advocating for responsible resource management.

In addition to her role as the Founder and CEO of Conscious Business Connections, Kristin holds the position of Client Relationship Manager at a prominent National Insurance Advisory Firm. Here, she specializes in inter-generational wealth transfer and risk protection. While her corporate role is focused on insurance and wealth management, Kristin’s primary dedication remains helping individuals and businesses align with their core values and principles through conscious leadership.

Her educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Business from Marylhurst University, a qualification that she skillfully applies in her work, especially when collaborating with business owners on strategic planning.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Kristin actively contributes to her community and currently serves on the Professional Advisory Committee (PAC) for The Denver Foundation. She has previously held positions on the board of the Colorado Planned Giving Roundtable and the Denver Global Chamber.
