Dear CBC Community,
As we bid farewell to 2023, it’s the perfect time to reflect on all the incredible moments, connections, and growth we’ve experienced together at Conscious Business Connections (CBC). This year has been a remarkable journey, filled with events, workshops, and opportunities that have brought us closer as a community of like-hearted Conscious Leaders. Let’s take a moment to recap some of the highlights:
January: 2nd Annual New Year’s Intentions Celebration In January, we gathered for our 2nd Annual New Year’s Intentions Celebration. With the breathtaking backdrop of the Denver Tech Center and the Rocky Mountains, conscious leaders and business owners came together for a cocktail party. We not only enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and a champagne toast but also created individual and community vision boards to manifest our desires for the Denver community in the coming year.
January: Effective Time Management with Brie Zoller The year started with a bang as we delved into the world of time management with Brie Zoller. Many of us learned how to identify our goals, align our time with what matters most, and implement tangible best practices for time management. This workshop set the stage for a productive year ahead.
March: Exploring Wisdom Beyond Your Intellect with Jennifer Reeve Jennifer Reeve led us on an exploration of wisdom beyond our intellect in March. This workshop encouraged us to tap into higher wisdom, manifest our dreams, and understand the difference between messages and mind chatter. Jennifer’s insights and techniques expanded our awareness and connected us with our soul’s guidance.
March: CES & CBC Apres-Work Gathering March brought us another exciting opportunity to connect with fellow Conscious Leaders at the CES & CBC Apres-Work Gathering. Hosted in collaboration with the Conscious Entrepreneurs Summit Community and Gravity Haus, this event allowed us to preview the 2023 Conscious Entrepreneur Summit and even offered a chance to win a free ticket to the summit.
February & Beyond: Conscious Connections & Conversation Virtual Events Throughout the year, our Conscious Connections & Conversation Virtual Events continued to be a vibrant platform for expanding our networks, both nationally and globally. These events, with their dynamic and flexible formats, allowed us to foster meaningful connections with like-hearted individuals.
August: A Return to Learning and Connection Following summer break, CBC returned in August with a renewed focus on learning and connection. We kicked off the month with a powerful workshop led by Becky Clabaugh, exploring “The Money Magnet Method.” Participants discovered hidden money agendas and learned to step into a new version of themselves, paving the way for abundance.
DEI Leadership Institute Annual Conference (August) CBC proudly supported the DEI Leadership Institute’s Annual Conference in August, featuring nationally acclaimed speaker Michael Benitez. This event allowed us to expand our knowledge and connect with others passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Evergreen Awake Festival (September) In September, we proudly supported the 3rd annual Evergreen Awake Festival, presented by Skylight Psychedelics. This wellness gathering offered a weekend of restoration, rejuvenation, and connection, aligning with our commitment to holistic health and positive vibes.
Denver Startup Week (September) CBC and Kristin actively participated in Denver Startup Week, making new connections and contributing to the entrepreneurial community. CBC ambassador member Stephen Jaye hosted a dynamic panel on ‘Having a Healthy Relationship with Technology,’ providing valuable insights into maintaining balance in our digital lives.
Juicing the Harvest Charity Wine Event (November) Our November Juicing the Harvest event, held in alignment with the essence of Giving Tuesday, was a resounding success in making a positive impact. Through our collective effort, we crafted a special Cabernet Wine by stomping grapes at the event and the gathering in 2022. The result? Thousands of dollars raised for the non-profit A Precious Child and families affected by the Colorado Marshall fires in 2021. The generosity of our community continues to shine through as each wine bottle purchase contributes to supporting A Precious Child and the Marshall Fire Families, making a meaningful difference during the holiday season. This event was made possible by generous sponsors: Auctoris, CCIG, Innovest, Ferrari of Denver, and Winged Keel Group.
Stay tuned for exciting events, workshops, and gatherings in the coming year. Together, we’ll continue to learn, grow, and connect as Conscious Leaders.
