Event Participation and Credit Policy

We value your commitment to joining our Conscious Business Connections (CBC) events. Here’s how we ensure a fair and flexible experience:

  • No Refunds: All ticket purchases are final.
  • If We Cancel: Should CBC need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, like illness or inclement weather, your ticket will automatically be applied to a future CBC event.
  • If You Need to Cancel: Notify us at least 24 hours before the event, and we’ll happily apply your ticket to a future CBC event.

Event Participation and Credit Policy

At Conscious Business Connections (CBC), we understand that plans can change. Our policy aims to balance flexibility for our guests with operational efficiency. Please review the following terms:

  1. No Refunds Policy
    All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
  2. Host-Initiated Cancellations
    • If CBC must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or inclement weather, your purchase will automatically be applied to a future CBC event
    • You will receive an email notification with details about rescheduling or credit application within seven days.
  3. Guest-Initiated Cancellations
    • If you cannot attend due to illness or other reasons, we will apply your purchase toward a future CBC event, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the event.
    • For cancellations within 24 hours of the event, credit applications are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  4. Credit Usage
    • Credits must be used within 12 months of the original event date.
    • Credits can only be applied to CBC-hosted events and are non-transferable unless pre-approved by CBC.
  5. Notification Process
    • All cancellations must be submitted via email to kristin @keepinglightson.org with your name, event details, and reason for cancellation.
  6. Exceptions
    • If an emergency prevents you from providing 24-hour notice, we ask for understanding that our ability to offer credit may be limited.
