Part 1: The Listening Hum

June 23 | 6:00–7:30 PM MT | Zoom

You carry an intelligence in your voice that begins long before you speak. In this gentle, somatic workshop, we’ll begin with a practice of deep listening—through humming, sound, and sensation—to clear the static and attune to your truest resonance.

You’ll be guided to:

• Access the subtle wisdom of your inner vibration
• Notice what blocks or frees your expression
• Use sound to soothe, center, and awaken clarity

No experience necessary. Just bring your breath and a willingness to explore.

Part 2: A Call to Speak – Game On

July 20 | 2:00–4:00 PM MT · In Person at Southglenn Library, Centennial, CO

We’ve spent too long letting the tail (scarcity, burnout, hustle culture) wag the dog (our bodies, values, and voices). It’s time to reclaim the mic.

In this dynamic, game-inspired gathering, we take the resonance cultivated in Part 1: The Listening Hum and move it outward—into brave, embodied expression. Through a playful and powerful format, you’ll practice speaking with clarity, courage, and presence.

This isn’t a panel or a lecture. It’s a round of voice-activating prompts, reflection roulette, and call-forward questions—no pressure, just participation at your own pace. Think:

We’ll explore:

• Why conscious business and leadership really matter now
• How we’ve let systems shape our energy—and how we’re taking it back
• What it sounds like to speak from integrity, not survival

You’ll leave feeling heard, inspired, and more at home in your voice.

Didn’t attend Part 1? No worries—registration includes the recording, so you can still ground in before joining us live.

Light refreshments (and throat-chakra-friendly snacks) will be served.

• Can’t join Part 1 live? You’ll receive the recording to watch beforehand.
• Joining only Part 1 virtually? You’ll receive the full experience, including guided practices and reflection prompts.
• Joining only Part 2 in person? The Part 1 replay will support your preparation and deepen your participation.
