Mindful Exploration: Experience a serene hike through the fall landscape of Guanella Pass, allowing the vibrant foliage to inspire reflection and mindfulness.

Meaningful Conversations: Participate in a group discussion about living in alignment with your personal seasons and embracing the natural rhythms of change.
Symbolic Letting Go: Take part in a letting go ceremony where you will have the opportunity to symbolically release what no longer serves you, making space for new growth.
Community Connection: Enjoy a relaxed lunch at Cooper’s on the Creek, where you can continue your reflections and build connections with like-minded individuals.
Peaceful Closure: End the day with a moment of mindful gratitude, celebrating the insights gained and the peace found in embracing life’s natural rhythms.

What to Bring:

• A small item or note symbolizing something you’d like to let go of.
• Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing.
• A small, healthy snack and plenty of water.
• A journal for personal reflections, if desired.
• A camera for preserving the beauty, if desired.
• Dogs that get along well with other dogs and people are welcome.
