Join CBC’s “Explorer of Self” cohort as we explore the sacral chakra—the energetic center of play, joy, and creative expression—to expand ourselves and our businesses. This event is open to the broader CBC community!

We are excited to invite you to a special ecstatic dance experience designed to activate the sacral chakra, embracing creativity, joy, and self-expression. This is an opportunity to connect deeply with your body, your energy, and the group as we journey together through movement in the beautiful Rhythm Sanctuary.

This event is open to all who are ready to explore and express their authentic selves in a supportive, dynamic environment. A reflection worksheet will be provided to all who RSVP to help integrate the experience.
