Her spiritual awakening began in 2018, following a significant life event—her divorce—and her participation in the transformative Educo conference. This awakening reached new heights in 2021 after launching her yoga business in 2020 and enduring a severe case of COVID-19, which further deepened her connection to her spiritual path. In 2024, she experienced another profound phase of spiritual growth, driven by the ongoing challenges of long-haul COVID and burnout from the financial sector, which has further solidified her commitment to conscious living and leadership.

Armed with a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Business from Marylhurst University, Kristin seamlessly integrates her academic knowledge with her practical experience. Her contributions to the community are extensive, having served on The Denver Foundation’s Professional Advisory Committee (PAC) and held board positions with the Colorado Planned Giving Roundtable and the Denver Global Chamber.
