A Season for Reflection and New Beginnings
As the leaves change and we settle into the beauty of autumn, this time of year invites us to reflect on the paths we’ve walked and the exciting opportunities ahead. October marks a moment of transition, where we can take stock of our accomplishments and set intentions for the future.
I’m thrilled to share some exciting updates with you! Last month’s Networking Extravaganza was a huge success, where I focused on connecting with more of the “butterflies”—our conscious leaders—within our community. This event, along with many CBC-hosted gatherings, provided wonderful opportunities for us to deepen our connections and share our hearts as we work together to move our businesses forward. The energy and ideas shared were simply incredible, and I’m so grateful to everyone who participated. We witnessed amazing connections being made, blossoming into meaningful relationships that will enrich our community. I’m also excited to announce that we have onboarded six new member contributors who are eager to share their unique perspectives and talents. As you may know, I prioritize personally meeting every member to ensure they align with our values before joining us. Looking ahead, I’m eagerly counting down the days to our Rebirth Celebration on November 8th. This event honors the renewal of both myself and Conscious Business Connections (CBC) as we journey through Scorpio season—a time of profound transformation and growth. After navigating a challenging period of illness, I’ve emerged with renewed energy and love for our community, supported by my fiancé, Ethan Silvera. This evening will be a truly special evening for reflection, connection, and embracing new beginnings. I can’t wait to share more details with you!

September Sparks: Igniting Conscious Connections
September was filled with meaningful connections and exciting developments. We saw a surge of energy and support from our community, which has been truly inspiring. Here’s a look at some of the standout moments:
Dynamic Dialogues: Our virtual connections and conversations proved to be nothing short of transformative! After heartfelt introductions and sharing what lights us up, it was clear that our guests were ready to dive in with open hearts and passionate insights. With a larger group in attendance, we ventured into breakout rooms, creating space for more intimate exchanges before returning to introduce each other. The genuine connections and shared wisdom truly elevated the experience for everyone involved.
CBC Somatic Union Yoga: Our CBC Yoga sessions provided a serene and rejuvenating space for members to come together, unwind, and connect through mindful movement. Participants left feeling refreshed and inspired, emphasizing the importance of self-care in our busy lives. The collective energy was uplifting, reminding us of the power of community in supporting our wellness journeys.
Conscious Connections at the Tallbull Powwow
We had a wonderful time at the Tallbull Powwow, where we embraced the rich traditions of community engagement through dance, song, and connection. It was heartwarming to see so many people come together in a spirit of unity and support.
The event provided a beautiful opportunity to welcome newcomers and offer a helping hand to those who may be struggling, regardless of the color of their skin. Together, we celebrated our shared humanity and committed to fostering a more inclusive community for all.

Rising Together: Innovation & Empowerment Series at the Awake Festival: This event was a highlight of the month! Our community gathered at the Awake Festival to explore themes of innovation and empowerment, diving deep into discussions about conscious leadership and the future of our businesses. The atmosphere was electric, and the shared insights fostered an inspiring environment for growth and collaboration. We made so many incredible connections (you may be one of them), and we look forward to continuing to bring the energy of the Awake Festival through our community events and offerings year-round!
Denver Startup Week: We proudly participated in Denver Startup Week, engaging with fellow entrepreneurs and innovators to share our vision for conscious business practices. This platform allowed us to showcase our community’s talents and fostered connections that will continue to bloom in the months ahead.
Philosophy Friday: The Final Painting Soirée of the Season: Our Philosophy Fridays have been such a hit, culminating in our final painting soirée of the season! Attendees enjoyed an evening of creativity and connection, exploring profound philosophical themes while expressing themselves through art. The energy in the room was palpable, and it was a beautiful way to celebrate the closing of this chapter.
Member Feature Workshop with Jordan Weinstein on the Energy of Money and Its Relation to Conscious Business: This workshop was a fantastic opportunity for our community to delve into the often-taboo subject of money. Jordan’s insights sparked enlightening discussions about our relationship with money and how it impacts our conscious business practices. Participants left with actionable strategies to align their financial decisions with their values.
Aspen Glow Hike at Guanella Pass & Letting Go Ceremony: We wrapped up the month with a soul-nourishing hike at Guanella Pass, culminating in a heartfelt letting go ceremony. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, we took the time to reflect, release what no longer serves us, and embrace the new. The shared experience brought us closer together, fostering deep connections in a stunning setting.
