As we approach the end of another year, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the journey we’ve traveled together and share some personal insights and aspirations.

This year has been one filled with both challenges and transformations for me. Managing significant health issues and navigating the demands of a big career change have required my utmost attention and energy. While these challenges have presented their fair share of obstacles, they have also been invaluable teachers, reminding me of the importance of resilience and the power of community.

Throughout these times of uncertainty and change, the CBC community has been a constant source of inspiration and support. Your unwavering presence and engagement have been a reminder of the incredible strength that comes from connecting with like-hearted individuals who share a common purpose.

As I look ahead to 2024, I carry with me the hope and determination to continue delivering dynamic events, content, and experiences that uplift and empower our community. My vision for the coming year is one of growth, collaboration, and shared wisdom. To make this vision a reality, I am excited to share that I am actively exploring opportunities to expand our support system and bring more hands-on assistance to CBC.

My intention is to ensure that CBC remains a place where conscious leaders and professionals can thrive, learn, and connect deeply. Your input, ideas, and contributions will be invaluable in shaping our future together.
